Leslie has worked in the field of early care and education for more than 30 years. Her awe and appreciation for children and their unique developmental journeys began as an undergraduate student and has continued unabated ever since. As a teacher-educator, presenter and consultant she is committed to ‘leading side-by- side’ with educators, students, service providers and families, as they give voice and life to their aspirations for children and childhood through values driven, reflective, intentional and responsive practices.  Leslie has taught infants, toddlers, preschoolers and university students.
